Omega Medical Coding Academy (OMCA) Monday said it is planning to train for 1,500 students over the next six months, across Chennai, Trichy and Bengaluru to cater to the rising demand for medical coders in the healthcare industry.
In the last four years, the company has trained nearly 4,000 students of which more than 2,000 were absorbed by Omega, an official release said.
Along with training in medical coding, OMCA also provides counselling and placement support to students.
